We are looking forward to seeing you in Menorca later in May. It will
be lovely to see so many familiar faces return for the second time - John
must be doing something right to have you all wanting to come back again.
John has just sent me three pictures of his latest paintings and I have
posted them here below. What can you say? - wonderful John, just wonderful.

Bookings for the September holiday have started to come in - latest count
showed 5 places taken. Please do book early if you would like to join
John Glover in Menorca. Several people were disappointed they missed their
chance to come in May.

The May holiday is now FULLY BOOKED. We are sorry if you missed the opportunity
to join us this time. The next holiday will be later this year in September.
Please do book early - there are often lots of repeat bookings from the
first holiday of the year.

GATWICK FLIGHTS IN SEPTEMBER
Sadly, there will have to be a supplement from Stansted due to huge flight
price increases and changed schedules in September. However, the Gatwick
flights are in the afternoon and will give you plenty of time to travel
conveniently. We can only apologise

New Year
The May holiday is now almost booked up with just two more places available.
So if you have not already done so, please do get your deposit away as
soon as possible. I know John is really looking forward to the week in
the sunshine. He fell in love with Menorca last year. Norene and I always
look forward to going back to the island. Fot those of you who have not
been before - you are in for a real treat.

Visitors to the Cambridge Drawing Society Exhibition in October were asked
to vote for their favourite painting. John Glover's beautiful study 'Val
and Betty' was a clear winner. See below...

We've just returned to Scotland after running a very enjoyable and successful
photography holiday in Menorca. My first job has been to put some some
new pictures from John Glover on the website - they are lovely. My favourite

Norene and Philip are off to Menorca to run one of our ever popular PHOTOGRAPHY
COURSES This is fully booked and it will be a busy time, But we will
be be checking out more beautiful painting locations while we are there,
and confirming that our friends at The S'Algar Hotel are maintaining their
very high standards

We are finally able to fix a price for the May holiday 2008. The price
including 4 star accommodation at the S'Algar Hotel for 7 nights will
be just £1155 that's just a 5% rise on this year. FULL
DETAILS. Judging by the way bookings are coming in, the holiday looks
set to be a great success once again. Look forward to seeing you.

At
last we have confirmation that there will be Sunday flights to Menorca
next year. We can now confirm the dates of the first holiday next year
will be Sunday 11th to Sunday
18th May. We are still awaiting final prices.

A lovely
note arrived today from Helem Smith - together with her deposit for the
next painting holiday in 2008. Helen came on our first holiday this year.
Helen said: "I enjoyed the painting holiday so much that I would definitely like to go again with your group in 2008."
When
I emailed Helen to ask permission to use this note, she replied:
"Yes of course you may use my comments on the website and you could
also add that I thought the organisation was faultless if you wish.
"The website is splendid-so many painting holiday sites have no photos
of people taking part and that makes a huge difference. I am already looking

Welcome to the new website for Inspiration Holidays. The site may be a
little 'clunky' for a while, but I hope to have things smoothed out as
things develop.
We are not a major commercial enterprise, but a husband and wife team who use one of two very reputable and long-established travel agents to arrange bespoke holidays. Acting as agents for these travel agents, means you are fully covered by their ATOL/ABTA when you book with us..

We have been running photography holidays for 4 years at the S'algar Hotel in Menorca and these have proved hugely successful. So it was a natural progression to team up with our good friend, artist John Glover, to develop quality holidays for small groups of painters.
We took our first group of artists to S'Algar in May this year - and what a success it proved to be. We learned a great deal about how to provide the perfect facilities for our artists, and future holidays will be even better. We already have several repeat bookings and one artist has even booked a weekend photography course with me here in Bonnie Galloway where we live and work.
